We price to your published minimum advertised price on every channel, and we do not use pricing automation that can drift below policy.
Approved titles, bullet copy, imagery and A+ assets used as supplied. No unauthorized variations, bundles, or repackaging.
We track velocity and seasonality on the SKUs we carry and place reorders on a predictable cadence rather than opportunistically.
Inventory monitoring, buy-box health, stock-out prevention, and prompt handling of listing suppressions or category issues.
We answer marketplace questions, handle returns, and manage reviews on the listings we operate — so the brand isn't fielding them.
We operate only with written authorization, maintain accurate reseller records, and support brand-registry and gating requirements.

We keep onboarding simple and the terms plain. There is no pitch deck and no long negotiation — you send a price list, we send a purchase order.
We can restrict distribution to specific channels at your direction and will honor any exclusivity or territory terms in writing.

ERKW LLC provides its designated receiving address to suppliers at the time a purchase order is issued. We accept small parcel and LTL freight and can supply routing instructions, appointment requirements, and receiving contact details on request. Outbound orders placed by retail customers on our marketplace channels ship under the fulfillment and delivery terms published by the applicable marketplace.
Retail customer returns are administered under the return policies of the marketplace on which the order was placed. Wholesale purchases are subject to the terms of the individual supplier agreement; damaged, defective, or short shipments are reported to the supplier within ten business days of receipt with supporting documentation.
ERKW LLC honors the minimum advertised price policy of each brand we are authorized to sell. We do not employ repricing software configured to price below a supplier's stated MAP floor. Suspected policy violations by ERKW LLC on any channel should be reported to sales@erkwllc.com and will be corrected promptly.
